How to Make Homemade Strawberry Ice Blocks
These Homemade Strawberry Ice Blocks are easy to make, yummy to taste and actually pretty good for you!
Summer is finally here in New Zealand. The days are warmer and longer, which makes it perfect ice block weather. In the Northern Hemisphere, you may call these ice blocks, “popsicles.”
There is a dairy-free option for those who are lactose intolerant.
How to Make Homemade Strawberry Ice Blocks:
I hope you enjoy these ice blocks as much as me and mum do. I think we will be making these regularly over the summer holidays.
Prep time: 5 minutes
+ Freezing Time

- Wash the strawberries, and cut green tops off.
- Place strawberries in a food processor or blitzer.
- Add evaporated milk or coconut cream.
- Add honey.
- Blitz until well combined.
- Pour into ice block moulds and freeze.
If you have leftover strawberry mix, you could freeze them into ice block cubes too!
